Your ideal facility spans 2,250 square feet and is situated in a destination location. The operation employs one front office coordinator responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating appointments — all of which are booked online. The remaining team comprises service providers, including chiropractors, physical therapists, and, eventually, massage therapists. It is also ready to expand to include dieticians and sports psychologists — all dedicated to delivering exceptional care to your clients.

How We Support You
As a franchise owner, you will receive expert coaching, detailed resources, and committed
operational support designed to guide you from start-up through ongoing management.
Here’s how we’ll support you in building a one-stop shop for the athlete community in your area:
• Start-Up Support & Training
We provide comprehensive start-up support and training to ensure you’re ready from day one. You will have our guidance on setting up your franchise, lease negotiation, design and construction guidance, inventory, and preparing for your grand opening and beyond. We are committed to equipping you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive.
The Details:
- Alpha Sports Performance Medicine will provide a pre-opening training program for franchise owners at our headquarters. You and key team members will be required to successfully complete the five-day initial training course. A minimum of two individuals must attend, depending on the number of key staff members to be hired initially by you, and their individual responsibilities.
- As you begin clinic operations, one or more representatives of Alpha Sports Performance Medicine will spend three to five days assisting you and your staff on-site at your location.
• Comprehensive Operations Manual
Our detailed Operations Manual will serve as your go-to resource, offering step-by-step guidance on every aspect of running a thriving clinic, including
client service, facility maintenance, safety, and quality control, reporting, suppliers, and day-to-day procedures. We worked through the kinks, so
you won’t have to, allowing you to get to where we are now faster.
• Marketing Support
You’ll receive continuous marketing assistance, including local marketing campaign strategy, advertising materials, social media strategies, and support for promotional events to help attract and retain clients. All franchisees will also have a presence on our corporate website.
• Ongoing Support
To ensure your long-term growth, we provide ongoing support through remote assistance, refresher training sessions, and access to a dedicated support team.

Who We Are Looking For
• Medical Background Preferred
Our ideal candidate has a medical background and can serve as their own Medical Director. Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and any other medical license holder that can own a clinic based on their scope of practice are especially encouraged to apply. We are also open to discussions with other qualified medical professionals — let’s talk!
• Financial Requirements
Candidates should ideally meet the following minimum
criteria:
- A credit score of 720 or higher
- Liquidity of at least $150,000
- Net worth of $500,000 or greater
• Opportunities for Non-Licensed Investors
You may also participate in franchise ownership if you share our visionbut lack a medical license. Non-licensed investors can partner directly with a licensed medical provider to bring this opportunity to life.

As Alpha Sports Performance Medicine is headquartered in College Station, Texas, our initial expansion plan focuses on areas in key market near our home base. In year one, this includes Houston, Waco, and Austin, with plans to grow throughout Texas (and beyond!) in subsequent years.

Let’s Work Out the Details
• Initial Franchise Fee:
$50,000 (discounts for subsequent locations).
• Estimated Initial Investment Range:
$339,450 to $544,920.
• Royalty Rate:
8% of gross revenues (with a possible/optional minimum flat fee requirement.
- Gross Revenues for the franchisee will be defined as either total sales (in states where medical provisions do not apply) or a combination of the Management Fee plus the revenue generated at the franchised location from the sale of non-medical products and services (in states with medical practice regulations).
• Term of Franchise Agreement:
We will offer an initial term of seven years, with two subsequent successor term options of five years each.
• Technology Fee:
$750 per month ($175 per week).
• Brand Marketing Fund Contribution:
Franchisees must contribute up to 2% ofgross revenues into the system marketingfund (starting at 1.5%).
• Local Marketing Requirements:
Minimum of $1,000 per month on local marketing initiatives, beginning in month four of operations (once the grand opening period concludes). The franchisor also reserves the right to increase this required minimum spend by up to 10% each year.
• Grand Opening:
Beginning three months prior to opening and continuing for the first three months after opening, franchisees will be required to spend a minimum of $12,000 on initial launch marketing and promotions in their territory.
